First and foremost, as with any individual entering a Boxing Club for the first time, a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) must be completed in order to determine what that individual can / can’t do.  

Use this discussion to “break the ice”, ensure they feel at ease and stress they will never be asked to do anything out with their own capabilities.

Participants under the age of 18 should have a Parent / Guardian in attendance whilst completing the PAR-Q.
